On the front pastedown an armorial bookplate with the legend "Reverendus Admodum Dominus Johannes Franciscus Bosselaer Sancte Romane Ecclesie Protonotarius." An attached English book dealer's slip states that the manuscript was in the Renier Chalon collection.
