Physical description: 13 lines per page, in 1-2 columns; written in calligraphic naskh in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. On leaf 1b, illuminated unvan in gold and color; text and columns framed in gold. Rubrication, catchwords, and vocalization. Leaf 2 detached and trimmed smaller. Mild staining and insect damage; paper is crinkled and has some holes, likely due to water damage.

On front flyleaf: note and stamp of Mehmet Salih; note and stamp of Mehmet Rüştü, dated 1225 H [1810 or 1811]; note of es-Seyyit Mehmet Emin Rauf, dated 1128 H [sic; should be 1228 H as this note is written under the previous stamp stating that the manuscript "was then transferred"].
