In good condition except for damage to the outer corners of the first two leaves and the excision to the last leaf. Recto of the first leaf is soiled and has an impression in the lower half from rusty metal, perhaps an older fastening. Lower outer corner of folio 73 and lower margin of folio 98 are torn, with no loss of text. Parchment defects throughout, ranging from medium-size holes to cuts...
