Origin: Compiled in Italy, likely in the 15th century based on the binding. The first text on vellum was likely copied in the last half of the 13th century based on script and decoration. The rest of the manuscript was copied in a number of hands on paper in the 14th and 15th centuries. Watermarks suggest paper from Umbria, Tuscany, Perugia, and Florence.
