Origin: Written in France in the 2nd half of the 15th-century.

Former owner's inscriptions: fol. 125r, on a single remounted fragment of paper is written in a hand of 17th- or 18th-century, "88 12m r.o. bein complet," "124" added by a later hand. On another remounted fragment "4719" is written in an 18th-century hand.
