Bequeathed to the state of Bologna and deposited in the State Archive of Bologna. 1742 included in the Gabinetto di Antichità of the Istituto delle Scienze.1796 stolen from the Institute. Appeared again shortly before 1937. In 1937 came to Maggs Bros. Ltd (London). 1939 sold to J. S. Scheide for the Scheide Library.
