    The Latin text is written in a tall gothic book hand in black and red. Initial letters are in red with blue pen-work decoration. Musical notation is horseshoe-nail notes in black on a red 4-line staff.

    The verso contains a historiated initial D (beginning the response Dum complerentur Dies Pentecostes). This shows a priest with acolyte celebrating mass; in red blue and green.
