Early provenance unknown. Probably in the library of St. John of Prodromos (see library shelfmark no. gamma 14 on the inside front board), as the property of the monk Makarios. It was probably rebound in the monastery, like many other manuscripts, and remained there until 1917, when it was removed together with most of the manuscripts in the library.
