In three parts, the first of which (ff. 5r-14v) contains 20 questions and directions to the second part depending on the roll of 3 dice. The third part (ff. 15r-24v) has 20 roundels entitled with signs of the zodiac and Greek gods. Part 3 (ff. 25r-65v) entitled with the names of prophets contains the fortunes in 2-line verses.
