Early provenance unknown. It was the property of the monk Leontios in the 10th-11th century, who wrote a 4-line invocation in the form of a cross in the middle of fol. 174v. This invocation is followed by another in a later 16th-century hand. The manuscript was possibly in the Monastery of St. John Prodromos (shelfmark alpha 20)
