Physical description: 17 lines per page, in two columns; written in nastaʻliq in black on cream glazed, laid Arabic paper. Catchwords. Extensive damp staining and insect damage; a few paper repairs. First leaf was pasted to a newer sheet of paper, but has been partially torn off.

Origin: The colophon by a later hand states that the manuscript was copied by Shaykh Raḥmat Allāh during the reign of Emperor Shāh Jahān [reigned 1628-1658].
