Ms. in nastaliq on glazed oriental paper. Headings, keywords and some interlinear notations in red. Catchwords. Some marginal notations written in the text; many late 19th to early 20th centurty notes in Persian are slips of paper pasted to the relevant leaves. Paper has been repaired in numerous places because of water damage. Some leaves adhere.

Binding is leather; red spine, green covers. Spine is plain with protective flap extending over foot end. Covers have borders of triple fillets separated by blind stamp scroll design. Centers have a blind shaped mandorla with vine motif in relief flanked at top and bottom by tulip designs in the same fashion. The tulips bear the legend: "ʻAmal ṣaḥā'if tūrah Khvājah." Doublures are marbeled...
