17 lines per page. Written in small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red. Text written within a frame divided in two columns, outlined in red ink. On ff. 1b-2a the frame is in gold and black, and fol. 1b has a small decorative head piece (ʻunwān) in gold and red ink. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Foliation in Arabic numerals in black ink. Glazed European paper.
