Date from palaeography. The ms. was written by three different scribes in turn, the last one named in the colophon (f. 278r) as Theodosius, a Reader.

Bound in 1632 in full leather over heavy wooden boards, tooled in blind. On the front is a panel showing David playing a harp; on the back, a floral ornament. There are two clasps of plaited leather and brass. The date of the binding comes from a note by the hieromonk Leontios on the front pastedown.
