There are 1 large miniature in tempera and gold (p. 1), 2 foliate borders, 12 large watercolor drawings, drawings of coats of arms, and many illuminated initials. The rear flyleaf bears a fragment of book 10 of the Code of Justinian (Corpus juris civilis).
