On fol. 1a: At top of page, note dated 1321 which appears to be accompanied by the seal of Jaʻfar al-Ḥusaynī. In the middle of page, note dated 1339. At bottom of page, note dated 1333 by Muḥammad Bāqir al-Ḥusaynī; next to it is another seal of Jaʻfar al-Ḥusaynī.
