Fol. 4 does not correspond to the start of the texts and is probably a misplaced sheet from another ms. Only one side (4b) is written on. Consists of the beginning of table of contents for the Şerh and has the beginning of 'Ayyuhā al-walad' in Ottoman on the margins. Distance between chain-lines on paper of this sheet is 27 mm, and of the rest of the text 20 mm.
