    Script: Written in a gothic rotunda in black ink with red rubrics. 16th-century foliation, upper outer corner of the recto, "6"; 17th-century arabic pagination, outer center margin both sides, "11" and "12".

    Layout: 1 column, 6 staves. Bounding lines in light plummet, outermost doubled; writing lines in light plummet. Square Gregorian notation on a four-line red staff.

    Decoration: Recto: 2-staff high initial in gold and colors with thin acanthus and tendrils into margins, the Presentation in the Temple: the Virgin stands at the left before a church-like archway holding the infant, who reaches towards St. Simeon at the right; Joseph stands behind the Virgin holding a dove for the offering, and a woman stands behind Simeon.
