Parchment, single sheet, indented along top, with plica. 446 x 790 mm. Two red-wax, impressed seals (design not visible), each stamped on tags. Written in a clear mixed hand (secretary and italic conflations); opening words and later, emphasized words in larger bastard anglicana script. Pricking in both margins. 5-line flourished initial "T" opens the text. Document folded six times.
