    Parchment, single sheet, indented along top, with plica. Parchment tag still attached but now lacking seal. Written in a late English secretary script with italic influences; opening words and later, emphasized words in larger bastard anglicana script. 13-line, single color, initial "T" with flourishes opens the text. Pricking in outer left margin for ruling. Document folded five times.
