Provenance: The initial [S] seems likely to have been cut from the beginning of the antiphon "Speciosus formata", in which case the text on the dorse, "... pleti s[un]t ..." is likely to be from the antiphon "Hodie completi sunt." The manuscript would then be identifiable as an Antiphonal. From the same manuscript as BPL MS pb. Med. 165.
