Written in Carolingian Minuscule of a low grade. No evidence of holes, thread or parchment tag for seal. Water damaged with several stains obscuring the script. Housed in a document holder with a mat frame (320 x 420 mm) and sealed behind plastic; one side visible only.

Produced in Catalonia, probably 1011; date based on later inscription just below the main text in lead: "Any [sp?] 1011 rei Robert [.?]". Name of scribe written in the same hand as the main text: "Mirone qui hoc scripsit". Related to MS 122; Mirone is mentioned in both 121 and 122.
