Layout: Gatherings mainly of 12 leaves; catchwords in center of lower margin in script of text. 2 columns of 45-52 lines, ruled in dry point. Written in a careful cursive script. Marginal finding notes in the hand of the scribe. Contemporary (?) foliation in arabic numerals through f. 227.
