Three vellum leaves, 12 x 16.5 cm, written in a liturgical bookhand in brown ink, with rubrics and initial letters in red and blue. Two leaves bear musical notation in four-line red staves, one depicting a comical profile of a human face with exaggerated nose and chin incorporated into the initial. Probably of Flemish origin, 15th century.
