Written in a medium-sized professional calligraphic Perlschrift in brown ink. Initial letters are in magenta ink.

Original decoration includes rectangular headpieces and bar ornaments, and penwork around initial letters, all in gold over magenta ink.

Ff. 1 and 183 were supplied in ca. the 13th century to replace lost or worn leaves at the beginning and end of the ms.
