The forward pastedown contains a statement of origin and table of contents in a Gothic cursive hand: "Liber iste est fratrum Carthusiensium prope Erffordiam." It also identifies a scribe: "Liber iste est conscriptus per dominum Mathiam professum huius domus." However, the manuscript is written in more than one hand; the hand inscribing the pastedown differs from those found among the leaves...
