Provenance: Contemporary annotations in the hand of the scribe and others. Later passed to a Dominican convent, possibly in Verona. Inscription on fol. 72v: "Iste liber e[st] [con]ve[n]t[us] [Ver]on[ensis?] ordinis [pre]dicato[rum] dat[us] [conven]tui ab h[e]r[e]di[bus] d[omi]ni Barth[olom]ei de Zachariis.
