Origin: The binding, watermarks, and textual variants suggest that the manuscript was produced in Southern France, perhaps Franche-Comté, which was then a possession of the Spanish crown. The date appears on fol. 49v: "anno incharnationis Iesus Christi M Quingentesimo qui[nto] decimo."
