In good condition except for missing leaves. Early repairs on parchment, some of which are probably from when the parchment was prepared. Contemporary corrections and annotations, including nota signs, manicules and brackets by at least two hands. Some of the marginal annotations in outer margins are cut out due to trimming of the leaves.
