Three folios before title page have a number of verses by ʻAlī ibn al-Ṣaqqār al-Māridīnī and a short paragraph by another about Kushājim. In upper left hand corner of title page is a statement that entire MS was written by Ibn al-Maqrūn the scribe. In upper right hand corner of title page is a statement that the manuscript contains 120 leaves from beginning to end.
