Description: Rubricated ; some vowel signs ; watermarks (crown; bird with outstretched wings and a crown; roman-alphabet letter "A") ; MS in good condition but several folios are foxed and several are partly smeared with ink.

Decoration: Elaborate illuminated headpiece with red, blue, yellow, gold, orange and white. Folios 1b and 2a have gold filling surrounding the lines of text, and a gold floral design in the margins.
