19 lines per page. Written in a small shikastah-nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. The text is written inside a double line frame in red ink. On fol. 9b-10a the frames are in gold leaf outlined in black ink. Fol. 9b has a small head piece in gold ink. Glazed European paper. Fol. 1b-8a have a contents grid outlined in two lines of red ink, filled only up to fol. 4b.

All of these are in similar hand and could be additions by the scribe/author. Fol. 8b has a copy of an Imperial order (hatt-i hümayun) in the same hand.
