Collation: 7 (parchment): the quire structure is unusual. Folios 1 and 7, 2 and 3, 5 and 6 are conjugate, and folio 4 is a singleton. There was probably another bifolium between folio 6 and 7. Several quires missing at the beginning and the end.

Foliation: Later medieval foliation in ink in upper right corner, reflecting the former state of the manuscript (305-309, 3010, 3013). Foliation supplied by cataloger.

In moderate condition with minor water damage throughout that has caused ink smears and transfers, as well as faded ink to a lesser extent. The inner edge of the last folio is damaged and partly torn, especially in the upper left corner, with minimal loss of text. Evidence of former repairs on the spine-folds of the bifolia.
