The manuscript comes from the library of the Charterhouse Aula Beatae Mariae in Buxheim near Memmingen, Germany (Reichskartause Buxheim). Ownership inscription in the upper margin on folio 1r: "Buxheim" with a preceding encircled cross. Eighteenth-century label of the library with the contemporary shelfmark of the manuscript adhered to tail of spine: "348." MS E35 is probably the same volume...
