    In good condition except for soiling and discoloration, especially on the outermost leaves. Few interlinear corrections by a contemporary hand. Sections are marked with a cross in outer margins. "Maximi" added by a modern hand in inner margin on folio 7v, next to the rubric "Sermo in traditione simboli."

    History of the manuscript is unknown. Bookseller marks, presumably by H. P. Kraus, in pencil: inscribed "HPK" and "Lectionary fragment saec. XII" in capital letters in upper margin of front pastedown and "1100" and "12th c." in upper right corner of back pastedown. Possible bookseller or ownership inscriptions in pencil in upper and lower margins of folio 1r, now erased and illegible.
