Layout: Fol. 1r-5v: written in 2 columns of 9 lines; frame-ruled in dry point with double outer vertical bounding lines, three middle vertical bounding lines and 1 inner vertical bounding line; fol. 6r: written in 11 long lines, possibly ruled in ink (parchment too blackened to tell).

Script: Written in Caroline miniscule; fol. 1r-5v by one hand, fol. 6r-v by a second hand.
