Inserted leaves, ff. 65-67 and 72-74, 264 x 180 (184 x 120) mm., constituted the 3 outer bifolia of a quire, now folded in the reverse of their original position: quire and leaf signatures on ff. 73, 74 composed of a letter (cropped) and roman numerals, ii and iii. Catchword on f. 67v in a frame touched in red. 21 long lines ruled in lead.
